At Reaction Targets, every target system is precision fabricated, coated, and assembled to order. Due to the size, weight, and manufacturing process of our products, shipping timelines may vary depending on production scheduling and freight conditions.
Built-to-Order Production Lead Time
All SR500 reactive target systems are built to order in scheduled production batches.
Current Production Lead Time:
Approximately 4–5 weeks
Production lead times may vary based on order volume, material availability, and coating schedules.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Larger orders and multi-system purchases may ship via domestic ground freight carrier.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Customers may track shipments directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Reaction Targets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers should immediately contact both the shipping carrier and Reaction Targets so a claim investigation can be initiated.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
At Reaction Targets, we take pride in producing premium reactive steel target systems built for long-term durability and performance. If you need to return a product, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and uninstalled

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

All original components and hardware must be included
Because of the size and weight of our products, original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus the original shipping cost incurred to deliver the order.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Reaction Targets is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Any signs of use, installation, impact damage, modification, or missing components may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
